Core values for an Ethical Business
- "Maximizing profit" is not a goal
- No employee my make more than 4x any other employee, including benefits
- The first question in any strategic decision is: is this good for our customers?
- The second question is: is this good for our employees?
- Employee salaries must constitute X% of business expenses
- Employees must own no less than 60% of the company
- Business debt must never equal more than 40% of company value
